This is my first Glossybox that I have ever received and I was a little disappointed in the Harrods Edition mainly because of the paper samples. I love Harrods and new I had to sign up and get the box to see what products I would get. I didn’t get any full size products at all and when I showed my mum and sister they both said most of the samples you could get for free at the baauty counter to which they are right. I probably wont be using the 20% discount as there wasn’t anyhing in the box I really wanted.
I have tested the samples and yes the Clarins and Skin signature products are really nice and leave your skin feeling really soft.
The Lancome mascara is rather good it reminds me of my Chanel mascara, which I use daily.
The Molton Brown wasn’t exciting as I already have lots of little travel ones I use when I go away so this will just be added to my collection.
There wasn’t enough Shu-Uemura cleanser in the packet to give a good review on but I’m sure its a great product.
The Valentino perfume smells great but to be honest I don’t actually wear perfume much so this will be given to my sister.
Also when you think of Harrods you think of high end beauty products not Lancome, clarins or valentino so the brands chosen could of also been improved.
Overall I hope the April Glossybox will have better products
